This part of the WEWIN Complex has an all-round presence in all departments and the production process and constantly monitors and tests the entire production process. The purpose of creating this up-to-date and advanced laboratory is to maintain quality stability in our products. In this laboratory, with the presence of experienced staff and engineers, they measure, test and control the mass change coefficient of the yarn wick, the hairiness of the yarn, the weight of per square meter of the fabric, the length of the fibers, the type and fineness of the fabric texture. Our laboratory has kept alive the possibility of flexibility in the entire production cycle of WEWIN STOFFA. This laboratory creates and implements innovation and new ideas based on the needs of the target market, along with the research and development team.

Another part in WEWIN Complex is spinning. WEWIN Group has dedicated a separate and equipped factory for this department. In spinning factory, WEWIN STOFFA has the ability to produce all kinds of natural and synthetic yarns. The advantage of our spinning factory is in the simultaneous production of all kinds of cotton, polyester viscose, cotton polyester, 100% viscose and 100% polyester yarns, and this shows the size of the factory and the high production ability of WEWIN STOFFA. In all stages of production and especially in the spinning sector due to its importance, quality control is well observed by experienced laboratory technicians and textile engineers, and all produced yarns are controlled before leaving the factory to remove impurities.
Production and Texture
In this sector, one of our most important advantages is the production of wide fabrics. Our weaving machines are 3.9 meters wide. The high number of weaving machines makes this complex ready to respond to high volume orders and the production capacity of 30,000,000 square meters. Quality control and laboratory tests by technicians free this department from any potential problems or possible errors.
Finishing and Dyeing
This part of the factory is responsible for producing high quality dyed and finished fabrics for foreign markets. In the first stage, after approving the fabric, it is washed and prepared for dyeing through engineering processes. At this stage, the fabric is selected and implemented with colors tested and accepted by the laboratory department of the complex, and after that it enters the finishing process. In the process of finishing the properties of softness, smoothness and shining, colorability is applied by industrial devices and high-quality raw materials, and according to the customer's order and technical specifications, nano, anti-stain, anti-wrinkle, hydrophobic and waterproof properties are created. The dyeing and finishing process is an important, complicated and precise process that requires high skill, experience and engineering knowledge. The WEWIN Complex overcomes all obstacles and problems proudly and victoriously by using advanced equipment, quality raw materials, and most importantly, an experienced quality and technical team.
